29.01.08 Froch begins training
Carl Froch began training camp today at his London base ahead of his showdown with the dangerous Russian, Denis Inkin.
The date and venue, which is yet to be firmed up, is likely to be Nottingham Arena during mid to late March.
"I'm looking forward to stepping into the ring and settling old scores with Inkin and then moving forward towards world honours later in 2008"

Hennessy to promote show in UK on 15/03/2008 !
The fight between Carl Froch and Denis Inkin will be staged in the UK, possibly the Nottingham Arena on March 15th 2008

Purse bids on 7th January **EDIT** Delayed until 14th

The Carl Froch vs Denis Inkin eliminator fight will now be decided by purse bid.
The WBC has ordered that the bids will need to be with their mexico office by noon of the 14th January 2008.
Denis Inkin, the former Russian army champion and amateur star with a record of 32 wins with 24 of those wins coming early. 5 of those wins arrived in the first round.
6 of the 24 early wins were full KO's whereby the opponent didn't beat the 10 count. One of which was German Mario Veit (As shown on clip)
